Been craving for brownies for the past few weeks already, I need something sweet after so much bitterness in my life. Therefore, I went to the supermarket yesterday after service to get ingredients to bake brownies today before work! :D Just random baking for my family!!
So, went online to get the recipe and started baking :D Did everything all by myself okay!!!! From shifting of the flour to mixing the batter altogether, I don't own a mixer, so I have to continuously stir it evenly which is quite a challenge as it is super duper tiring!!!!
Finally, sent in for baking!!! :D
This was after I cut it unglamly with a knife and it doesn't look that delicious .-.

Mum says it was too sweet eating the brownie on it's own, and I can finally get it why most of the brownies have almonds or some nuts on it.... too sweet without any other toppings on it. Brownie with cookies and cream ice-cream was super duper nice! :D

I'm glad that 3/4 of the brownie was well polished by my family in less than 24/hrs! :P (It was made for 8 people actually, I only have 5 family members including myself) So I'm really happy that they were satisfied with it! :D Maybe I will be confident enough one day to try the RAINBOW CUPCAKE/CAKE! :D Totally niceeeeee! Love rainbows, always make my day! :)
