Looking at all the relationships around me, I don't know why but... people just seems to not trust each other as often anymore. It's more about money, qualifications etc. But can one really forgo trust and respect in order to gain more wealth and fame?
Couples say they love each other, but locking up their phones and deleting text messages, as well as hiding things inside their smartphone so that their spouse/partners won't be able to see. Or requesting for facebook password, bank accts pins to ensure that their partners/spouse won't cheat on them or they just simply don't trust them.
Don't want to trust, or trust before and got hurt but still together, is equally hurting to each others. If you want to gain a password just for the sake of checking up on them now and then or afraid that they will cheat on you, then srsly, no point of being in a relationship, might as well break up. Don't be such an ass about it and say that she/he is cheating on you because you might be the one cheating in the r/s.
That being said, I also do ask my partner for pwd... but it's to play with actually; posting some funny/hacking stuff to add to my own account is super funny at times. :D or in case of emergency and he's not around you can just help him a bit. But definitely not because of lacking in trust. I would rather end a relationship than to have one that strains plus drain my energy and time.
I believe I am much more better than that.
All the best to you. Because honestly, one who flirts around with one of my exes and now claiming to be the victim deserved to be cheated on. And after much thinking, nope, I'm not sorry about thinking it that way anymore.
Love is giving your heart to that someone and trusting him not to break it. If he breaks it, then it's his loss and not mine.
